About the role
<h2><strong>The role</strong></h2> <p>As a post-production manager in the HelloFresh Studio, you are a part of our post-production team, working daily on our food and lifestyle imagery. Your expertise in retouching, primarily in Photoshop, plays a crucial role in delivering consistent, appealing, high-quality, yet natural-looking imagery to our stakeholders. You have a good eye for detail and take pride in your work, yet appreciate constructive feedback, prioritize tasks efficiently and have a strong sense of time management. Communicating with various stakeholders and handling photography assets with care and structure. You are not only executing within established workflows, but confidently working with generative AI and hybrid approaches to enhance outputs, increase efficiency, and support new ways of creating visual content.</p> <p>You are up to date with the most important image creation and retouching developments, including generative AI tools, and know how to apply them in a practical, production-ready context.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Above all, we are looking for people who will <strong>make HelloFresh</strong> <strong>better.</strong> We believe there are many different ways of developing skills and we love diverse experiences!
