What You’ll Do:
As a Physical Therapist, you’ll be responsible for assessing, developing, and implementing treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of the individuals we serve. In this role, you will:

Lead and deliver hands-on therapy services with clinical excellence and compassion

Develop and maintain individualized treatment protocols that support mobility, strength, and function
-
Oversee and collaborate with Physical Therapist Assistants (P.T.A.s) and students-in-training
-
Partner with the Clinic Administrator and Medical Director to guide the clinic’s physical therapy services
-
Document care in full compliance with agency policies and OPWDD regulations
-
Monitor client progress and adapt interventions as needed
-
Participate in clinic quality assurance efforts, including case reviews and chart audits
-
Provide training to other staff members to ensure therapeutic consistency and excellence

You Will Also:

Supervise and support P.T.A.s and interns

Assess and monitor adaptive equipment needs

Attend service recipient and staff-related meetings

Master agency software and technology used for documentation and communications

Be designated as an Essential Employee, able to adapt and support clinic operations during emergency situations (including remote work, when applicable)

Physical Demands & Work Environment:
