We’re seeking a passionate, licensed graduate social worker (LGSW) to stand in the gap for children and families. This is not just a role — it’s a calling to ensure every child has the chance to grow up safe, loved, and on a path to permanency.

What You’ll Do

• Look into the eyes of children and families and see their potential — not just their pain.

• Conduct safety assessments and guide families toward goals that change futures.

• Supervise visits that preserve the most important bond of all — family.

• Advocate fiercely in schools, courts, and communities to make sure no child is forgotten.

• Write plans and reports that aren’t just documents — but blueprints for a better life.

• Walk beside children until permanency is not a possibility but a reality.

Qualifications

Who You Are

• A Master’s-level Social Worker (MSW), licensed in DC and MD.

• Experienced in child welfare and foster care (2+ years preferred).

• Culturally competent and trauma-informed, ready to serve families from every background.

• Organized, courageous, and unafraid to fight for children who cannot fight for themselves.
