Responsibilities:

• Championing Factory Excellence - Lead capability development across 4-6 sites, working hands-on in manufacturing environments to elevate product family performance
• Delivering Cost to Win Results - Orchestrate 3-year improvement funnels that generate measurable financial impact through strategic continuous improvement initiatives
• Building Cross-Functional Partnerships - Collaborate with Plant Managers, OPEx teams, and finance leaders to implement BD Excellence Maturity strategies
• Cultivating Lean Expertise - Coach teams in applying Lean principles and tools, leveraging the Lean Academy to build organizational capability
• Challenging Status Quo - Lead breakthrough improvement efforts that accelerate key initiatives and transform operational paradigms
• Advancing Manufacturing Excellence - Support global centers-of-excellence by developing standards and optimizing methodologies across manufacturing technologies
• Managing High-Impact Projects - Be responsible for a portfolio of Zero Loss operational cost-saving initiatives, ensuring timely completion and financial targets are met

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 8 years of related experience in manufacturing
• Previous experience in implementing and solid understanding of Lean and Six Sigma business systems.
• Certified or recognized as an expert Lean Production System practitioner
• Leadership experience in a plant environment
• Experience in projects or program management
• Experience working in a multi-site and multi-cultural environment.
• Experience with OPEx, TPM, and implementation
• Flexibility and willingness to travel up to 75%.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Six Sigma Black Belt certification

The position can be located in any BD manufacturing site.
