Company Description
As the Business Intelligence Graduate, you will learn about Red Bull's route-to-market strategies and our best-in-class distribution network. Reporting into the Sr. Manager of Business Intelligence, you'll gain an understanding of how the Distribution Services department supports Red Bull Distribution Company (RBDC) field teams through processes and strategic initiatives. You will help support the design, implementation, and distribution of Business Reports and Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) integrating Sales, Finance, Human Resources, and Operations data. You will also gain an understanding of important business issues, gathering data, conducting analysis, and interpreting data while concurrently streamlining Key Performance Indicators (KPI's), dashboards, scorecards, and reporting.
Job Description
ANALYTICS
Learn how to use SAP Business Intelligence and Spring (Routing Accounting Software) to extract data
Learn our brand standards and how to use data visualization to create reports and dashboards
Support data cleansing and restructuring to ensure accurate data usage and outputs
STRATEGIC PLANNING & PROCESS DEVELOPMENT
Observe our current processes, reports, and tools utilized by Sales, Operations, Talent, and Distribution Services
Collaborate with partners to identify process and reporting opportunities that inform the department's objectives
BUSINESS INSIGHTS
Help create new reports and tools to provide insights and guide action
Create documentation to explain new report processes and establish publishing schedule with Business Intelligence teammates
Create and provide training to describe to the end-user how to use new reports
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (completed by June 24, 2024)
Excellence in academic pursuits
Interest in analytics and statistics
A history of pursuing personal passions, extra-curricular achievements
Relevant work or internship experience is a plus
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (intermediate experience with Excel an advantage)
Fluent in English (written, spoken); additional language skills considered a plus
Additional Information
The salary for this position is $67,000
