Sales Executive

<p><span><strong>SALES EXECUTIVE</strong></span></p> <p> </p> <p><span><strong>Job Summary: </strong></span></p> <p><span>As the local, on-property sales contact for customers, the <strong>Sales Executive </strong>is responsible for <strong>proactively</strong> soliciting and managing special corporate, group, and catering-related opportunities along with total account management of account portfolio. The focus is to build long term, value-based customer relationships that enable achievement of hotel and individual sales goals. </span></p> <p> </p> <p><span><strong>Main tasks: </strong></span></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li><span>Proactively maintains and develops relationships with existing customers in person, and via telephone calls and emails within the corporate, government and entertainment segments</span></li> <li><span>Arranges in person meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business opportunities </span></li> <li><span>Arranges and conducts site inspections </span></li> <li><span>Generates demand, handles customer inquiries, prepares special corporate contracts </span></li> <li><span>Works collaboratively with relevant departments </span></li> <li><span>Participates in networking events and industry events </span></li> <li><span>Manages account profiles in hotel systems, ensures precise administration</span></li> <li><span>Performs other duties as assigned, to meet business needs</span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span><strong>Skills and Knowledge</strong></span><span>: </span></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li><span>Excellent communication skills both in Hungarian and English.
