The Operations Senior Financial Analyst for Ice Cream is the strategic business partner to Brand Managers and is a key partner to the Ice Cream cross-functional team. The primary role of the finance SFA is to provide day to day decision support and financial leadership to Brand teams for decision making in marketing expenses.  Key responsibilities include:

Supporting Brand teams in the management of marketing budgets. End to end ownership of the royalty accounting & forecast process. Reporting & Analysis of monthly financial results. Analyzing business opportunities to drive category growth. Ad hoc competitive financial analysis.

This role leads the partnership with the Ice Cream Business Unit for the Operations team which owns the end-to-end financial support for all decision making.

•            You’re a changemaker: Will develop a deep understanding of the business and deliver solutions tailored to finance to streamline processes and bring about digital enhancements.

What You’ll Need To Succeed

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field

• Minimum two years of relevant work experience or MBA

• Prior work experience in Accounting or Financial Reporting preferred 

• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
