This role is accountable for establishing disciplined governance, rationalizing products and versions, unifying architecture, implementing modern SDLC, and test and release management, as well as building a resilient engineering culture.</p> <p>The CPTO owns the full product and technology mandate—from roadmap definition and architectural modernization to engineering execution, quality assurance, talent development, and product lifecycle governance. The role requires hands‑on leadership, strong technical credibility, and the ability to execute a multi‑year transformation while maintaining the reliability of a mission‑critical retail platform used by thousands of frontline operators daily.</p> <p>The CPTO will also define AI strategy and execution roadmap, establishing the foundations for predictive analytics, data-driven decision support, automation of internal processes, and future AI-enabled customer experiences.
