We focus on improving Group Compliance’s efficiency by providing people, processes and technological solutions and drive Change Agenda for our unit. As the Senior Project Leader, you’ll play a valuable role in driving the transformation of our ways of working by leading projects related to technology implementations, bringing automation and smart data solutions to our organisation.<br/> <br/> What you’ll be doing:</p> <ul> <li>Understand business needs, plan and drive initiatives to deliver tailored solutions to support Group Compliance transformation,</li> <li>Set and clarify expectations, share information and actively manage stakeholders to secure alignment, provide transparency and clear communication,</li> <li>Create structure for regular and consistent reporting which should support an effective decision making process,</li> <li>Maintain focus on continuous improvements, help remove impediments and ineffective processes to optimize execution and improve ways of working,</li> <li>Execute and implement projects based on excessive budgets,</li> <li>Develop and maintain strong relationships with high rank level management on daily basis.</li> </ul> <p><br/> You will join an organisation of highly skilled, dedicated and experienced professionals, all working for the common good of Nordea.<br/>  <br/> The role is based in Poland or Finland.<br/> <br/> Who you are<br/> <br/> Collaboration.
