About the role

We are looking for an HR Generalist to support key HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. This role is vital in fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring smooth HR operations.


What you'll do

  • Recruitment & Talent Acquisition – Lead the full-cycle recruiting process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and extending offers. Partner with hiring managers to develop effective recruitment strategies and ensure a seamless hiring experience.
  • Payroll Administration – Oversee payroll processing to ensure accuracy and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Work closely with payroll vendors, finance, and HR teams to manage payroll functions efficiently.
  • Employee Relations – Address and resolve employee concerns to create a positive workplace. Provide guidance on HR policies, conflict resolution, and compliance matters while ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Onboarding & Retention – Handle onboarding tasks such as preparing offer letters and ensuring a smooth new hire transition. Support initiatives to improve employee experience and satisfaction without managing the full onboarding process.
  • HR Support– Provide general support to the Director of HR as needed, assisting with various HR functions and initiatives. Remain available to address emerging priorities and organizational needs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 3-5 years of HR experience with a focus on recruiting and payroll administration.
  • Strong knowledge of full cycle recruiting and payroll processing
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in payroll and recruitment tasks.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
