This will be done through education as well as the identification and removal of barriers for staff, faculty, and/or participants.

 

Occupational Summary

The internship program is designed for current undergraduate students with an interest in developing professional skills related to collegiate recreation and wellness programming. Internship experiences can be customized based on your educational and career pursuits with opportunities in the following areas: Aquatics, Facility Management, Fitness, Intramural Sports, Marketing, Outdoor Adventures, Special Events, and Sport Clubs. Internships are in-person at Duke University in Durham, NC. Work hours and the duration of internships can vary based on academic program requirements.
