Project: SAP S/4Hana Global template rollout

This strategic role is responsible for designing, implementing, and deploying SAP and delivering the defined business goals. The functional EWM consultant will be involved in full cycles of a large-scale and end-to-end global project leading analysis and design in the SAP EWM area, in close cooperation with the client's Logistics teams.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP systems in Warehouse Management, Material Management and Logistics. Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team.
• Understanding the business requirements of the organization.
• Preparation of Blueprint for implementing the project.
• Implementation of the project.
• Validate the reports requirements and any changes in customizing.
• Provide training to end-user and sort out day-to-day queries of end users as per each of the project phases needs.
• Conduct structured testing internally and with users.
• Ensure stabilization of the solution and continuous improvements.
• Data Mapping-Mapping the source data element for each data element in the target environment.
• Gap Analysis-finding the gap between As-Is and To-Be processes.

Qualifications:

• At least 10 years of SAP Functional consultant experience.
• Must have at least 7 years of working on SAP EWM and WM projects.
• At least 5 years of involvement with a full cycle implementation in large organizations and at least one (1) end to end S/4 HANA implementations, specifically the EWM solution in a regional or central distribution center.
• Configuration expertise in the overall possibilities for EWM Inbound and Outbound process flows along with Internal Warehouse processes, Inventory Counting, Cross Docking, QIE and Production Integration.
• Have some knowledge of MFS integration with PLC for automated Warehouse elements, Integration with Transportation Management, and Dock Scheduling.
• Have understanding and experience of CIF, integration of ERP systems (ECC or S/4Hana) with standalone EWM along with embedded EWM in S/4Hana
• Experience in creation of Master Data i.e., Packaging Specifications, Warehouse Organizational Structure, Settings for Handling Units etc. Should have sound knowledge and experience in configuring/modifying Post Processing Framework in SAP EWM. Along with a strong expertise in setting up the system integration between SAP ERP with SAP EWM
• Knowledge about implementing Labor Management, Yard Management and Cross Docking in EWM
• Capacity to comprehend business forms from a client’s point of view.
• Capacity to work in a group domain, viably cooperating with others.
• Must be results-oriented.
• Experience in developing test, cutover and post go-live plans for the modules of competence (strategy, plan, requirements, KPIs, etc).
• Experience with globally distributed teams.
• Must have strong analytical skills, be team-oriented with excellent communication skills.
• Strong customer orientation.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently, managing timelines and expectations, and producing high-quality deliverables.
• Experience in Automotive or Manufacturing companies is an asset.
