Human Resources Coordinator-FlexStaff (TEMP)

FlexStaff is hiring an HR Coordinator for one of our clients, a non-profit healthcare organization providing home and community-based healthcare and services for the elderly. 

Location: White Plains, NY (Hybrid- 2 days in the office and willing to go to the Bronx to assist with New Hire Orientation)

Support and coordinate various HR projects and activities, including sourcing agency temps and assisting with onboarding and HR compliance. 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Coordinate the placement of agency temps with the hiring managers and the agencies.

- Assist the HR team with regular onboarding and HR compliance, such as uploading documents in workday and follow up on annual health assessments and licenses.

- Proficient and experienced PC skills with Microsoft office, dual screens and toggling between multiple systems (6 months or more of computer data entry experience)

- Multitasking ability - able to input data or research information while on the phone with the caller, able to talk and type a must.

- Performs other duties as assigned by HR Compliance Manager or as required.

- An excellent written and verbal communicator who likes to solve problems and connect with people via phone 

REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFCATIONS 

- Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in project coordination or project management.

- Preferred experience in a healthcare environment.

- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Typing.

- Proven detailed orientated, time management and organizational skills.

- Ability to work professionally with all levels of staff in the organization.

- Handles highly confidential and sensitive information appropriately.
