EquipmentShare is searching for a Custodial Associate for our manufacturing facility office in Moberly, MO, to support our team as the location continues to grow.  

EquipmentShare is seeking a Custodial Associate to be responsible for helping maintain the cleanliness of the Moberly Manufacturing facility.

Primary Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness inside/outside of the manufacturing facility
• Empty trash and replace bags as needed throughout the entire facility
• Dust and wipe down surfaces within the building - includes desks, conference tables, break areas and other often touched surfaces
• Vacuum throughout on an as needed basis
• Clean bathrooms and locker rooms on site daily
• Wipe down conference tables and conference rooms windows/doors
• Mopping/sweeping in the main entrance area
• Operate power floor sweeper/scrubber as necessary
• Other duties as assigned

Skills & Qualifications 

• Must be able to communicate effectively with the management team
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work in a team environment and take direction as needed
• Use of technology (laptop and smartphone) are preferred
• Past experience cleaning corporate and/or manufacturing facilities is preferred, but not required
• Prolonged periods standing and walking throughout facilities
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
• Must be able to bend, lift, stretch, climb, and crawl to maintain equipment and buildings
