Job Description
We are seeking a talented Compiler Engineer to join our team in developing advanced compiler technologies. This role focuses on the implementation of automatic and OpenMP-directed code vectorization for C++ and Fortran compilers. You will be working on cutting-edge technologies to design, develop, debug, and test compiler software. Additionally, you will collaborate with hardware engineering teams, external partners, and participate in compiler development communities and language standard groups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop compiler software for C++ and Fortran.
- Implement automatic and OpenMP-directed code vectorization.
- Collaborate with hardware engineering teams and external partners.
- Participate in language and standard groups to influence future compiler technologies.
- Analyze and optimize software performance for various computing architectures.
Operational Mode: Build - Operate - Transfer (BOT)
This position operates under the Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) model. Initially, you will be employed by our company to undergo an upskilling program. During this period, you will work on exciting projects and build your expertise. Upon the completion of this program, you will be transferred to one of our esteemed clients to continue your work. This transfer is contingent upon mutual consent and aligns with employment legislation and guidelines. By applying to this position, you confirm understanding of that operational mode.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
- 4+ years of experience in C++ and object-oriented programming.
- 6+ years of experience in compiler development and software engineering.
- Experience with vectorization and parallel programming models such as OpenMP or SYCL.
- Proficiency in LLVM compiler development.
- Strong analytical skills for optimizing software performance.
