Custodian I/Parking Lot Attendant

CUSTODIAN I / PARKING LOT ATTENDANT
Starts: August 2026
9-month position; Monday - Friday; 7:00am - 3:30pm (4 hours/day as Parking Lot Attendant, 4 hours/day as Custodian I)
Custodian I Salary: $20.99/hour
Parking Lot Attendant Salary: $18.34/hour

Parking Lot Attendant
•    Patrol, monitor, assist and direct staff, students and visitors in parking areas around the building
•    Move throughout the parking areas to prevent conflict situations
•    Notify administration of any concern regarding safety of staff, students and visitors
•    Requires special knowledge, skills and abilities in communication
•    Requires High School diploma or GED

Custodian I
•    Perform custodial work as requested by head custodian and/or administrator
•    Perform moderate physical activity
•    Operate cleaning equipment
•    Maintain effective work relationships
•    Requires a working knowledge of cleaning equipment and supplies
•    Prefer one year experience in custodial work
•    Requires High School diploma or GED

Pre-employment physicals are required for this position and paid for by the District.
