Your team

• you’ll be working in the Workplace Wealth Solutions (WWS) Retirement Plan Services team based in Weehawken, NJ. WWS is one of the key growth businesses within Global Wealth Management and serves as a lead generator for the broader business
• we are a leading provider of retirement, equity plan compensation, and financial wellness services for companies and their plan participants
• in addition to the services provided as part of the broader business, we provide education and guidance to help participants achieve financial success

Your expertise

• the ability to commute to the Weehawken, NJ office 4-days a week minimum
• active Series 7, 66 licenses (or must be prepared to complete within 120 days of hire)
• a Bachelor's degree
• 2-5 years of financial services industry experience
• familiarity with defined contribution retirement plans, advisory services and investment products preferred but not required
• basic understanding of investments due diligence.
Basic understanding of various investment vehicle types used in the retirement plan space including mutual funds, collective investment trusts, and insurance products preferred
• demonstrable progress toward the an investment oriented designation (CFA, CIMA, etc.) preferred
