Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Responsible for formulating and enforcing work standards; assigning contractor schedules; reviewing work discrepancies; supervising contractor personnel; and communicating policies, purposes, and goals of the organization to subordinates.• Shall be responsible for the overall contract performance and shall not serve in any other capacity under this contract. • Selects personnel, makes staffing assignments, supervises work produced to ensure consistent high quality performance• Provides training and development for personnel assigned• Maintains an active participation in related professional matters to keep abreast of relevant contractual issues• Keeps subordinates up to date relative to the availability of resource materials dealing with current contract administration and negotiation issues.• Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate• Ensures contracts achieves optimal operational performance by adhering to contract policies, procedures, methods, operating practices, and working in partnership with the business leaders to drive performance standards for contractual programs to culminate in excellent CPARs.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- Ten (10) or more years of experience managing DoD and IT related O&M support. 3-4 years of experience working in South Korea.
- BA/BS Degree in information technology or related discipline
- Certification(s): PMI Project Management Professional (PMP)
- SECRET Clearance
Desired Qualification:
- Fluent in Korean
- DoD 8140.03 certified

Target Salary Range
$135,000 - $216,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.Apply for this role
