Job Description
As the ideal candidate, you’ll have a proven track record of identifying and implementing I-9 solutions for clients that drive optimization and adoption. This includes designing, implementing, and documenting scalable processes, establishing and overseeing client training programs, and monitoring, reporting, and advising clients on their I-9 programs. You’ll partner with multiple organizations, including partnering closely with Product, Software Engineering, Client Operations, and Data Services to ensure EES delivers on our commitments.

What you’ll be doing
- Ensure client adoption of I-9 solution and client optimization of I-9 service
- Consult with clients on I-9 best practices
- Identify client concerns by proactively thinking about and/or working with clients
- Coordinate cross functionally to solve identified concerns
- Cross-collaborate with Sales, Implementation, Solutions, Product, and Data Operations to ensure our service and delivery delivers on 100% client commitments
- Serve as a client voice within EES
- Advocate for new product features and functionality to remain competitive in the market
- Potential to manage a small team within 12 months

- You earned your stripes (5+ years providing I-9 service to clients)
- You enjoy managing complicated client programs and initiatives
- You appreciate ambiguity and enjoy constantly evolving environments
- You developed strategies, adapted them, failed, grew, and remained resilient
- You lead with humility and seeking first to understand
- You communicate about insight and action items effectively
- You set expectations and reliably meet those expectations
