Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable, motivated individual to join our production team. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure that high-quality products are produced, packaged, and prepared for inventory in accordance with company standards.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with loading and packaging products onto pallets
Wrap and stage palletized products for inventory
Operate a forklift (as needed) to move palletized materials
Perform general plant housekeeping and cleaning duties
Conduct basic equipment maintenance throughout the shift
Follow all company policies and safety procedures
Work Environment
Loud and dusty production environment
Outdoor work in all weather conditions
Physically demanding role requiring frequent bending, lifting, and twisting
Must be able to lift up to 90 lbs

Schedule
Positions are available across multiple shifts, Monday through Friday:
5:00 AM – 1:30 PM
1:00 PM – 9:30 PM
9:00 PM – 5:30 AM
JOB REQUIREMENTSQualifications
Must be detail, safety, and quality orientated; careful attention to detail is required.
Understand units of measure and be able to perform general mathematical equations.
This position requires a lot of bending, twisting, and reaching while standing.
Must be able to work quickly, while standing, in an extremely fast faced environment.
Physical capacity to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis, 80 pounds on occasion.
Ability to work independently.
Willing and able to work overtime and handle varying work hours.
Prior mechanical experience or being mechanically inclined (i.e. capable of recognizing machine issues and irregularities) is preferred.
Previous forklift experience/ certification is a plus.
