Project Manager (IT/Cybersecurity)

<p>We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with retail experience to lead and manage technical projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects that involve implementing IT &amp; cybersecurity solutions for retail clients. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the retail industry, including the challenges faced by retailers, and the ability to apply this knowledge to the successful delivery of cybersecurity solutions.<br/></p><p><br/></p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.</li> <li>Collaborate with internal teams to develop project plans and manage resources effectively.</li> <li>Work closely with clients to identify their specific IT &amp; cybersecurity needs, and translate those needs into project requirements.</li> <li>Communicate project progress to clients and internal stakeholders regularly, ensuring that expectations are managed appropriately.</li> <li>Identify and manage project risks, and develop contingency plans where necessary.</li> <li>Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring that their needs are understood and addressed effectively.</li> <li>Ensure project deliverables are of high quality and meet the agreed-upon standards</li> </ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.</li> <li>3-5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on delivering cybersecurity solutions.</li> <li>Experience working with retail clients, with a deep understanding of the challenges faced by the retail industry.</li> <li>Understanding of IT &amp; cybersecurity principles, technologies, and standards</li> <li>Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, while ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.</li> <li>Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, team members, and stakeholders at all levels.</li> <li>PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.</li> <li>Previous work in a multicultural environment</li> <li>English required / French is a plus</li> </ul><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><ul> <li>Medical, dental, vision, and HSA benefits coverage</li> <li>Performance Bonus</li> <li>Sick and Personal Days, as well as 3 weeks of vacation </li> <li>Hybrid work environment</li> <li>Career progression opportunities</li> <li>Monthly travel allowance</li> <li>Company equipment</li> <li>Social events</li> <li>A friendly, collaborative, and inclusive culture</li> </ul><p><br/></p><p>This is a full-time position with competitive compensation and benefits.
