These challenges could involve managing emotions, challenging negative thinking, and reducing stress and anxiety.
We are looking for a Senior Vice President of Account Management passionate about whole-person, whole-family mental health care to join our clinical team. This position reports to the CEO.
Position Summary: As the Senior Vice President of Account Management, you will be responsible for managing and expanding our most critical relationships with healthcare systems and pediatric practices. This executive-level role will focus on developing strategic growth initiatives and driving new opportunities to ensure Bend Health's solutions become an integral part of mental health service offerings within the partner landscape. You will play a key role in shaping and executing our long-term engagement strategy, reporting directly to the CEO.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Lead the overall account management strategy for Bend Health’s partnerships, with a focus on maximizing engagement, increasing new patient referrals, and improving retention across key health systems and pediatric practices.
- Relationship Expansion: Cultivate senior-level relationships within healthcare systems and practices to ensure Bend Health’s services are deeply embedded and recognized as a go-to mental health resource.
- Account Growth Initiatives: Identify, pursue, and execute on growth opportunities, ensuring the delivery of solutions that align with customer needs and drive incremental business value for Bend Health.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Business Development, Marketing, Product, and Clinical teams to develop and implement strategies that enhance the partner experience and promote Bend Health’s offerings.
- Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Regularly assess partner satisfaction, engagement, and outcomes using key account metrics. Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to elevate the partner experience.
- Escalation Management: Serve as the senior escalation point for complex issues, collaborating with relevant teams to ensure swift resolution and maintaining strong, positive relationships with partners.
- Mentorship and Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing account management team, providing guidance, coaching, and professional development to enable the team’s success in expanding Bend Health’s market presence.
Qualifications:
- Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred (MBA, MPH, or related field). Minimum 10 years in healthcare account management, preferably within the mental health or digital health sectors, with a proven track record in senior management roles.
- Healthcare Expertise: Deep understanding of the healthcare landscape, particularly as it relates to mental health, digital health solutions, and the Collaborative Care Model.
- Strategic Communication and Negotiation: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and manage C-suite relationships effectively.
- Data-Driven Mindset: Proficiency in using CRM systems, along with experience in data analysis and performance metrics to support account management strategies.
- Mission-Driven: Alignment with Bend Health’s mission to improve mental health outcomes for families, with a proactive, resourceful, and empathetic approach to problem-solving and opportunity identification.
Compensation and Benefits: Bend Health offers a range of $160,000 - $180,000, a performance-based bonus structure, and a comprehensive benefits package, including equity option
