From the boardroom to the breakroom, our team members make a difference every day.Position Overview:  The Senior Financial Systems Administrator, Yardi is primarily responsible for the administration of the Yardi ERP system and supporting the accounting and finance teams with regards to the core functionality of the Yardi ERP system. Additional system responsibilities include the analysis, troubleshooting, maintenance, configuration, testing, and improvement of Yardi. This role will require ongoing recurring accounting system administration tasks, as well as tracking issue tickets and liaising between internal teams and vendors, as necessary. This role will also require a continuous improvement mindset for all in-scope responsibilities.  Key Responsibilities:Yardi Systems Management
  • Onboarding of property acquisitions and Investment Management entities for a global, multi-currency REIT.
  • Analysis and management of the company/partnership/LLC rollup commitment structures within Investment Management.
  • Manage chart of accounts, tenant charge codes, account trees, segment validation rules, and currency revaluation rules in Yardi. 
  • Management of Yardi ERP system attributes tables, dynamic property lists, and system lookup lists.
  • Management of property role assignments related to PayScan, and ensure invoices are routed throughout the organization in compliance with our internal controls.
  • Management of system and vendor setup regarding tenant ACH bank pulls and system bank mapping configuration.
  • Create and manage Yardi system cases; serve as the liaison with Yardi  Support.
  • Create and manage Yardi task runner operations, as needed, such as closing Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Fixed Asset module calculations, and other system-intensive tasks that may be run after business hours.
  • Provide data validation, testing, and other support that may be required for upgrades, new module/feature implementation, data conversion, or other projects requiring system support
  • Work with external and internal teams to resolve Yardi issues/facilitate Yardi enhancement requests. Serve as point of contact and facilitate close out of Yardi support tickets as required.
Other
  • Perform internal control walkthroughs and support audit requests pertaining to Yardi applications.
  • Document and update system procedures, processes, user guides, and training materials to ensure strong internal controls.
  • Analyze and implement improvements to current processes.
  • Performs other projects as assigned.
Qualifications:Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, with an emphasis in Computer Science, Information Systems, Accounting, or a related field. 
  • 5+ years of related work experience. Yardi ERP administration experience is required.
  • System conversion, implementation, data migration experience, and SQL knowledge preferred.
  • Must be organized, detailed, flexible, efficient, and take ownership of own work product. 
  • Strong financial, analytical, and systems acumen. 
  • Strong capability and affinity for innovative problem-solving.
  • Willing to learn and dedicated to continuous improvement.
What you will get in return: 
  • The base salary for this role is in the range of $84,715 - $132,809.
  • You may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and an annual discretionary stock award, (dependent on date of hire) to be discussed during the initial phone interview. Base
