South Coast Winery Resort & Spa is seeking a friendly, wine enthusiast and dependable for our vibrant Tasting Room.  The Wine Server will need to have excellent customer service experience and have wine knowledge.

Some essential duties include:

·         Prepare designated bar for daily wine tasting and conduct tastings with guests guiding them on their selections and educating them about the varietals and styles of wine.·         Maintain the cleanliness of the counter areas, sinks and shelves at all times.·         Maintain honesty and integrity in the pouring of wines and ensure all tasting tickets are marked off appropriately.·         Use discretion when providing a “sixth” taste for guests as a tool for selling wine or wine club memberships.·         Alert bar backs when wine inventory is running low.·         Date all newly opened bottles and discard as instructed by management.·         Attending outside wine pouring events on behalf of South Coast Winery Resort & Spa as required.·         Promote the sale of South Coast Winery wine and Wine Club membership.·         Performs other duties as assigned by manager.·         Integrity.
