As the institution prepares to celebrate its 150th anniversary, Johns Hopkins is actively seeking an Assistant Vice President of Alumni Relations and Executive Director of the Alumni Association (AVP/ED) to transform its alumni engagement strategy, with a focus on increasing philanthropic support and advancing the University's mission.
University Development and Alumni Relations (DAR) is widely recognized as a leader in advancement. The AVP/ED will build on that legacy, driving organizational change to re-imagine alumni engagement for the institution as well as the industry. Reporting directly to the Senior Vice President for Development and Alumni Relations, this AVP/ED will be a seasoned professional with deep understanding of alumni relations and its impact on philanthropy. They will work collaboratively with nine (soon to be 10) divisions across the University to design and implement innovative alumni programs that reflect the diversity of its alumni community and its varied needs.
