About the role

Johns Hopkins University, recognized as the nation’s first research university, has revolutionized higher education in the United States and continues to bring knowledge and discoveries to the world. It benefits from a deeply committed global network of more than 260,000 alumni, with graduate students comprising two-thirds of its community. As the institution prepares to celebrate its 150th anniversary, Johns Hopkins is actively seeking an Assistant Vice President of Alumni Relations and Executive Director of the Alumni Association (AVP/ED) to transform its alumni engagement strategy, with a focus on increasing philanthropic support and advancing the University's mission.
