Senior Voiceover Producer - Creative Department, VO Production

As a Sr. VO Producer, you’ll report to the Sr. Manager, VO Production for Central Creative and be responsible for the execution and growth of our current VO Production service offerings to meet the growing demand across your assigned Games and Publishing content. You’ll collaborate across a multitude of VO endeavors at Riot, supporting the facilitation, prioritization and execution of services as well as identifying additional areas for support as we continue to grow.

This role will also be responsible for working with assigned products and Sr. Manager to help build out operational pipelines (process, tools, budget, delivery) and coordinating relevant work efforts between the Voices team and our internal customers either by directly executing or coordinating with parties responsible for execution (External Vendors, Contractors, etc.). You will collaborate closely with your products and marketing teams on projects, ensuring our Voices and Central Creative team vision is upheld and executed to the highest standard.

Responsibilities:

• Assist Sr. Manager in defining, implementing and executing Riot’s strategy for VO services that supports and aligns with Creative Services holistic vision & strategy
• Collaborate with Voices team members and internal game/marketing customers to help define the quality bar for VO for the projects to which you are assigned  
• Collaborate with other leaders, products, and audio members to develop, define and execute processes, budget tracking, tools & pipelines for efficient VO production workflow, including localization
• Collaborate with product teams to align on vision for characterization and desired performance qualifications (including attending sessions to ensure quality) 
• Vet and establish high quality outsourcing partners and contract resources for projects when needed, and ensure they are prepared for success in session 
• Set up and drive alignment for ongoing work-in-progress reviews, VO-focused reviews, feedback sessions and more

Required Qualifications: 

• 5+ years as a team lead in a VO role (or be able to demonstrate equivalent experience) in games
• Development experience in, and deep passion for voice over, and voice in games in particular 
• Bachelor’s Degree (or be able to demonstrate equivalent experience) in a related field
• Expert level of communication and collaboration with both internal and external partners, including outsourcing vendors
• Experience working with external clients and vendors
• Experience owning and managing budgets
• Highly transparent communicator with a strong trust-building mindset

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience working at a Games Studio.
• Experience directing VO talent
• Experience working with Game Developers, Marketing Teams, R&D and Audio Crafts
• Experience with multiple genres of games
