Location: 4782 44th St SE, Kentwood, MI 49512
Pay: $18 – $22.50/hr + Overtime + Monthly Incentives
Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM (Weekends Off!)

What You’ll Do:

• Be the friendly face and voice of our shop—greeting customers and guiding them through their service experience.
• Build trust and long-term relationships with customers by being honest, transparent, and knowledgeable.
• Collaborate with our skilled technicians to ensure accurate diagnostics and timely repairs.
• Keep things running smoothly at the front desk—scheduling, invoicing, and communicating clearly.

• 1+ years of experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer-facing automotive role.
• Strong communication and sales skills—you know how to connect with people and close the deal.
• A valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• A team player who respects technicians and values collaboration.
• A commitment to honesty, integrity, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
