Project/Program Manager VI

Definitive Logic is seeking a Senior Program Manager to join our team. This opportunity is contingent upon award.
Roles and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
·       Manage the development of multiple workstreams and supervise professional and technical personnel performing within their customary disciplines for a DoD Enterprise organization·       Responsible for leading and facilitating meetings with multiple stakeholders·       Lead aggressive efforts to achieve objectives and deliverables identified by customers while maintaining exceptional Contractor Performance Assessment Report (CPAR) ratings ·       Accountable for all aspects of program/projects over their entire project lifecycle (initiate, plan, execute, control, close) to include staffing, resource/financial management, and performance management·       Prepare and execute program/project Staffing Plans, including skill and labor mix, to support required PMO operations and definitions·       Prepare and execute program/project resource/financial plans and manage performance·       Prepare and/or tailor Quality Assurance Plans for all products and services·       Prepare and deliver required contract, departmental, project and/or financial reports to include internal and external Project Management Reviews (PMRs)·       Identify program/project delivery risk and develop and execute mitigation strategies·       Assign staff and provide technical direction, supervision, and training as necessary to complete tasks ·       Obtains customer validation of outcomes achieved and ROI delivered.·       Documents Past Performance write-ups

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of project management experience
• Experience with Data Governance and Management
• Experience working with teams dispersed in multiple locations (different states/timezones)
• Experience in Agile Delivery Framework and related tools (i.e. JIRA)
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Active Secret clearance
• CSM/SAFe or equivalent
• PMP certification 

Preferred Qualifications

• Department of Army Experience
• Experience with Data enablement efforts
• Experience with Data Analytics and Visualization
