Job Summary
Responsible for providing competitive and viable transport solutions to Bollore customers, Bollore network and agents. key business executives and stakeholders within the aerospace vertical. Will serve as the primary business contact for the customer and responsible for their satisfaction. Expected to represent client needs and goals within the organization to ensure quality and escalate to management when issues arise. Responsible to oversee day-to-day quotation completeness and timeliness, identifying leads to Front Office and maintain pricing scorecard.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- § Operate as the lead point of contact for all pricing matters specific to our Aerospace customers and/or their suppliers or branch operations teams
- § Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to our customers’ needs and objectives.
- § Develop and maintain high level of communication with customer (Internal & External) regarding status of requests
- § Deliver consistent and timely customer pricing solutions, to include full offer for service levels, insurance, and special handling
- § Evaluate quoting data for innovative solutions, increase win/loss ratio
- § Provide feedback to FO and MO Aerospace with pricing, trends and strategies
- § Offer solutions on factors related to specific situations in a timely and effective manner.
- § Negotiate with all related vendors including carriers, couriers and truckers
- § Maintain a good understanding of industry current events and market trends
- § Manage and document solutions of transport to effectively maintain growth in the aerospace vertical
- § Ensure receipt of emails are acknowledged same day of receipt (within normal business hours) and periodic updates within 24 hrs
- § Relay/Communicate clearly to supervisor the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to Bollore Logistics Management and our customers.
- § Identify opportunities to add value to the customer, as well as continuous improvement

- § Experience in Aerospace, pricing and rate structure
- § Demonstrate ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
- § Ability to multi-task while maintaining attention to detail and deadlines
- § Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- § Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- § Handles stressful situations and deadline pressures in a professional manner
