Position Information:

The growing Bloomington Clinic is seeking a new provider, a Licensed Therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or LMHC), to provide high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy services within a multidisciplinary setting. The ideal candidate brings strong clinical skills grounded in evidence-based approaches and is committed to achieving measurable outcomes that reflect real progress in clients' mental and emotional well-being. Additionally, a desire to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals -including massage therapists, acupuncturists, chiropractors, and other practitioners-to develop integrated treatment plans that support clients' overall health and healing. This provider will have the opportunity to support clients dealing with chronic pain, stress-related conditions, and behavioral health concerns.

This position is a part time, benefits eligible role.

Work Location: Bloomington, MN

Duties:

  • Deliver individual, couples, or family therapy using evidence-based modalities or other empirically supported treatments.
  • Conduct diagnostic assessments and develop individualized treatment plans in accordance with clinical best practices.
  • Collaborate with other providers to support coordinated, client-centered care.
  • Participate in case consultations, quality improvement initiatives, and team communication processes.
  • Document sessions, treatment progress, and coordination activities in a timely and compliant manner using electronic health records following university guidelines.
  • Monitor patient retention and implement initiatives to improve long-term patient engagement and satisfaction.
  • Participate in public speaking, community event activities, and/or publish articles in newspaper/media sources for purposes of increasing patient utilization of University clinics.
  • Attend meetings and required clinic in services i.e.: coding and documentation; HIPAA training; CPR; blood-borne pathogen, etc.
  • Maintain licensure.

What you need to have?

  • Masters Degree in psychology or related field, required
  • 3+ years experience in patient/client care.
  • Licensure including: LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or LMHC required.
  • BLS/CPR certification, preferred.
