Senior Test Engineer (Manual and AQA), EU based (Remote)

We are looking for a Senior Test Engineer (Manual and AQA) to join an international agile team focused on delivering high-quality microservice products. The ideal candidate has strong experience in both manual and automated testing, demonstrates meticulous attention to detail, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Execute functional tests and validate software requirements for new application enhancements or fixes.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance the test automation suite to ensure continuous quality assurance.
• Design and implement regression tests to cover critical application functionality.
• Collaborate closely with developers and other QA team members within the agile framework.
• Report, track, and manage defects throughout the software development lifecycle

Requirements:

• Proven experience in manual testing methodologies, including test case design, execution, and defect management.
• Strong understanding of software requirements analysis and validation.
• Expertise in Playwright test automation framework; basic understanding of Selenium is welcomed.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript/TypeScript for test automation implementation.
• Experience in creating regression test suites and automating repetitive test scenarios.
• Ability to work effectively in an international, agile team of 15 members.

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with microservices architecture testing.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated tests into development workflows.
