About the Role:We are seeking a Senior Accountant to join our team at Arco Contractors Supply Co in Fort Worth, TX. As a leading supplier of building materials, we are looking for a hands on individual with leadership qualities to oversee our financial operations and ensure accuracy and compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department
• Prepare financial statements and reports for management
• Ensure compliance with accounting and tax regulations
• Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data
• Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred
• 5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in the construction industry
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
