Job Description Summary:  

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Scientist to join our dynamic team. You will play a critical role in our research program in global R&D, where you will be responsible for using advanced AI tools and methodologies to translate research into actionable applications.   You will also work closely with research teams, produce developers, IT partners, project owners and business stakeholders to deliver impactful data insights and AI-driven solutions.  

 

Key Responsibilities: 

Collaboration & Integration: 

• Partner with research teams to understand their findings and determine the best ways to incorporate them into business applications. 

• Work closely with product development teams to implement AI models into our software products and services. 

• Engage with stakeholders to define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables. 

Data Analysis & Interpretation: 

• Conduct detailed analyses of datasets to extract meaningful patterns and insights. 

• Identify trends and anomalies in data to support decision-making and strategic planning. 

AI & Machine Learning: 

• Design, build, and deploy AI models that transform research insights into practical applications. 

• Utilize machine learning libraries (such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn) and frameworks to develop predictive models and algorithms. 

Model Optimization: 

• Continuously monitor and refine AI models to enhance performance and accuracy. 

• Implement best practices for model validation, A/B testing, and performance measurement. 

Documentation & Reporting: 

• Maintain thorough documentation of methodologies, processes, and models. 

• Prepare comprehensive reports and visualizations to communicate complex concepts, workflows, and results to a variety of technical and non-technical audiences. 

Technical Leadership: 

• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and data science. 

• Work with collaborators, CRO’s and consultants to accelerate project work or access capabilities that are not available at the company and effectively manage the relationship and projects.
