Medical Assistant - Full-Time - Monument

**Job Summary:**
We are searching for a dedicated Medical Assistant to join our healthcare team. The Medical Assistant will be responsible for assisting healthcare providers in delivering quality care to patients.

**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of a Medical Assistant program.
- Certification as a Medical Assistant.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.

**Responsibilities:**
- Assisting physicians and nurses in patient care procedures.
- Recording patient information and vital signs.
- Preparing examination rooms and sterilizing equipment.
- Administering medications under the direction of healthcare providers.
- Scheduling patient appointments and managing medical records.
- Providing patient education and support as needed.
- Maintaining inventory of medical supplies.
- Ensuring compliance with all healthcare regulations and protocols.

**Work Environment:**
The Medical Assistant will work in a healthcare facility, such as a hospital, clinic, or medical office. They will interact with healthcare providers, patients, and other staff members on a daily basis. The work may involve standing for long periods and lifting or moving patients or equipment.
