You will own the end-to-end product experience across the entire employment lifecycle, ensuring seamless workflows that enable companies to hire, onboard, manage, and pay international talent at scale. The role sits at the intersection of product strategy, regulatory complexity, and operational execution, requiring a strong systems-thinking mindset. You will lead multiple Product Managers and partner closely with Engineering, Design, Legal, Compliance, Finance, and Go-To-Market teams.
