Customer Service Representative

Speedy Glass in Kennewick has a unique opportunity for a temporary part time Customer Service Representative. 

This is a great opportunity to join us for approximately two months, in a fast-paced environment in the world of windshield repair and replacement.

Our Customer Service Representative opportunity has a salary range from

$18 to $20 an hour based on experience

Requirements

• High School or equivalent (GED)
• At least 2-4 years previous clerical and/or customer service experience
• Excellent driving record as well as a valid driver's license
• Professional phone voice, demeanor and listening skills
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Superior customer relation skills
• Demonstrated POS and MS Office proficiency
• Organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
• Ability to use and learn computer-based inventory control systems

As a Customer Service Representative, you will

• Be the face of the branch, providing exceptional customer service to every guest, every time
• Quote, prepare work orders & invoices, and receive payment for all services provided
• Schedule and assign work orders to the appropriate team member.
• Resolve customer requests in a timely and efficient manner.
• Open and close the branch; utilizing closing procedures to ensure all daily financial records are accurate
• Perform all other duties as assigned
