We are currently seeking a Financial Analyst to join our Americas Leasing Advisory Finance team in Chicago, IL. 
 
OVERVIEW
This role will assist in coordinating and facilitating corporate planning processes, monitoring financial performance, reporting financial and operational results, and improving financial systems. This candidate will work closely with Global Segment FP&A, Americas local finance teams, and US Leasing business/operations teams.
 
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Generate and support routine and ad hoc reports, dashboards, graphs, presentations, and internal/external financial documentation.

• Manage and analyze large data sets with the ability to identify trends, business drivers, and variances
• Partner with operations teams to identify and explain budget discrepancies, and forecast adjustments
• Serve as a liaison and partner to Global Leasing Advisory Finance team
• Drive improvements in reporting, analytics, and dashboards to support business leadership decision-making and implement best practices related to various ad hoc analyses
• Organize and maintain team data, reporting tools, templates, and communication workflows
• The role is based in Chicago and requires minimum 3 days per week in office. 

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 2–5 years of relevant financial analysis experience

• Strongly prefer candidates that have experience process and task automation
• Experience in large data sets and applying and using the latest finance and business intelligence technology – EPM, OneStream, PAX, Tableau, Smartview, or similar

 
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

• Strong communication, analytical problem-solving and time management skills
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint       
• Intermediate skills with Microsoft Visual Basic (VBA), Power BI DAX queries, or Python
• Strong attention to detail but can also see the “big picture”
• Flexible and adaptable to tasks assigned
• Self-starter with ability to work independently and excel in a fast-paced, customer service-oriented environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills / interpersonal sensitivity
• Advanced verbal and written communication skills

Estimated compensation for this position:

85,000.00 – 95,000.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
