Job Description

HireVue has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Director, Global Demand and Field Marketing. In this role, you will lead our global demand generation and field marketing efforts.  Demand Generation includes SEO, PPC, email, social, web and other demand generation activities. Our Field Marketing efforts focus on generating and accelerating new business & customer upsell pipeline, and revenue, via an account based field marketing strategy consisting of multiple channels and tactics. You will lead a team of enthusiastic marketing professionals and will direct our marketing efforts towards great success.

In this role you will:

• Plan and execute an global account-based, data-driven marketing strategy to drive pipeline generation and acceleration across each region and vertical.

• Develop customer-centric experiences that are compelling and unique to break through in a cluttered, virtual world

• Establish data-oriented practices to optimize performance of the Demand Generation and Field Marketing teams

• Partner with sales and customer success leadership, and marketing leadership team to build a strategy that aligns with the business’s goals and priorities.

• Build an integrated marketing plan including, demand generation campaigns, digital marketing, online media, SEO/SEM, web and more.

• Establish a strong relationship with sales including building best practices, tools and processes for lead follow up and outbound prospecting for Account Development Managers

• Ability to analyze numbers to identify performance and optimize for increased marketing qualified leads

• Manage marketing systems and vendor relationships for optimal results

• Track funnel analytics and work to improve conversion

• Collaborate with supporting marketing functions including the product marketing, creative & communications teams to build and coordinate overall strategy and integrate programs into the buyer 

• Enable, communicate, and educate the sales team and stakeholders on campaign-related objectives, deadlines, tasks, and KPI performance, and then manage. 

• Develop messaging & presentations that communicate the value/brand directly to customers through multiple channels.

• Manage a team of marketers, helping them build global demand generation and field marketing strategies and programs, as well as supporting their career growth and development

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience in developing efficient strategies and business plans for demand generation and field marketing

• Solid understanding of market research and data analysis methods

• An outstanding track record partnering and building alliances with sales leaders to drive business

• Prior experience of building successful field marketing strategies in partnership with key executive stakeholders.

• Ability to apply marketing techniques over digital (e.g. social media) and non-digital (e.g. press) channels

• Proficient in MS Office and business software (e.g. CRM)

• A leader with both creative and analytical capabilities

• Outstanding communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal abilities

• BSc/BA in business administration, marketing, communications or relevant field; MSc/MA will be a plus

This position is a work-from-home role. The individual in this role must be able to work from home in an environment free from distractions, where they can attend virtual video meetings.
