HR Bussines Partner (English&French)

<p><strong>Job Overview:</strong> We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to support employee life cycle processes and partner with organization leaders to manage people-related matters. The role will collaborate with our Centers of Excellence (CoEs) to drive HR strategies that align with business objectives.</p><p><strong><br/></strong></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Understand business needs and align HR initiatives with company strategy</p></li><li><p>Support organizational design and development for assigned functions</p></li><li><p>Ensure people decisions reflect company values, ethics, and internal equity</p></li><li><p>Deliver timely, high-quality HR support and lead strategic HR projects</p></li><li><p>Build strong relationships with stakeholders and handle employee relations</p></li><li><p>Propose and implement talent retention strategies, career plans, and development opportunities</p></li><li><p>Analyze compensation policies and recommend retention solutions</p></li><li><p>Coach managers and employees on performance, career development, and team dynamics</p></li><li><p>Collaborate on organizational development and HR programs with Talent Management</p></li></ul><p><strong><br/></strong></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Proven experience as an HR Business Partner in a matrixed environment (minimum 3 years)</p></li><li><p>Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities</p></li><li><p>Willingness to travel across Veo international sites</p></li><li><p>Analytical thinker and problem-solver, with solid judgment and risk assessment skills</p></li><li><p>Experience in employment law (international experience preferred) and project delivery</p></li><li><p>Ability to influence stakeholders and implement strategic solutions</p></li><li><p>Strong command of English and working proficiency in French</p></li></ul><p><br/></p><p>If you're a strategic HR Partner ready to make an impact, apply today!</p>
