Servbank is seeking a Sr. Commercial Credit Analyst to play a pivotal role in shaping the financial future of our clients and community. In this senior position, you'll leverage your expertise in credit underwriting to assess and manage complex commercial loan portfolios. You'll work closely with senior lending officers, providing in-depth analysis and recommendations on credit risk, while also mentoring junior analysts and contributing to the development of our credit policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct support to lending officers by analyzing financial information for current and prospective borrowers
• Preparing loan presentations, and monitoring collateral
• Underwrite new, complex loan requests, including construction and syndications
• Assist in credit training and development programs for lenders
• Review and proofread loan presentation drafts from other analysts
• Track and calculate financial covenants; you may also prepare the monthly Covenant Compliance Report
• Play a key role in training our team and onboarding new members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, finance, or accounting
• 3-5 years of experience in Commercial Credit underwriting
• Strong verbal, written, and financial analysis skills
• Ability to interact positively with colleagues and clients
• In-depth knowledge of common commercial loan products, procedures, and documentation
• Capacity to manage a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
