As Strategy &amp; Operations Director, Global Commerce, you’ll serve as a trusted partner to the Executive Vice President of Global Commerce and Vice President of Strategy &amp; Development, helping shape priorities, accelerate execution, and support decision-making across a diverse portfolio that includes consumer products, retail partnerships, licensing, apparel, home goods, theatrical, and emerging business opportunities.</p> <p>This role sits at the center of the Global Commerce organization. You’ll help evaluate new opportunities, drive critical initiatives, improve organizational effectiveness, and ensure strategic priorities translate into measurable business outcomes. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong business judgment, commercial acumen, and analytical rigor with the ability to operate effectively across both strategy and execution.</p> <h3><strong>Core Areas of Responsibility</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Partner with senior leadership to develop and execute strategic priorities across the Global Commerce organization</li> <li>Evaluate business opportunities, growth initiatives, partnerships, and investments through quantitative and qualitative analysis</li> <li>Conduct market, consumer, competitive, and industry research to identify trends, risks, and opportunities</li> <li>Build business cases, strategic recommendations, and decision frameworks to support executive decision-making</li> <li>Drive high-priority cross-functional initiatives from concept through implementation</li> <li>Develop operating mechanisms, project plans, milestones, and governance structures that improve organizational effectiveness</li> <li>Coordinate stakeholders across multiple functions to drive alignment, accountability, and execution</li> <li>Identify risks, dependencies, and roadblocks, and proactively develop solutions to maintain momentum</li> <li>Develop executive presentations, briefing materials, communications, and strategic narratives for internal and external audiences</li> <li>Translate co
