We’re currently hiring a Full-Time Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic inpatient team at Frederick Health Hospital in Frederick, MD.

Position Highlights

• Full-Time Schedule: Monday–Friday
• Minimal Weekend Requirement: One weekend day per month
• Holiday Rotation: One major and one minor holiday per year
• Supportive, fast-paced hospital environment

About the Role
You’ll work alongside a large, collaborative team treating a diverse caseload that includes orthopedics, neurology, behavioral health, and critical care.

Qualifications

• Degree from a CAOTE accredited school
• Maryland state licensure (or eligibility)
• BLS certification (American Heart Association)
• 1+ year of acute care or skilled nursing experience preferred (New grads with strong clinical rotations are welcome to apply)

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality occupational therapy services 
• Accurately document patient care using a web-based EMR system
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and progress
• Meet all clinical, departmental, and regulatory standards
• Display strong skills in flexibility, time management, and communication
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment
