Blaise Alexander Family Dealerships is looking for an Accounting Assistant to join our growing team!

 A Day in the Life of an Accounting Assistant (but not limited to): 

• Process invoices, manage payments, and reconcile accounts payable and receivable transactions.  

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and other accounting documents.  

• Assist in tracking and managing expenses, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Accurately audit team deals post-sale and thoroughly analyze for improvements 

• Maintain professional communication with vendors, clients, and internal departments regarding financial matters.  

• High School Diploma or Equivalent 

• Proven experience in accounting, preferably within the automotive industry 

• Proficiency in accounting software  

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
