- 10+ years of experience in Guidewire Policy Center
- Lead testing for Policy Center functionalities, including rating, underwriting, policy issuance, endorsements, renewals, and cancellations
- Define and execute test strategy for Policy Center implementation and upgrades
- Drive integration testing across Policy Center and connected systems
- Implement test automation strategies for policy workflows
- Oversee defect management and test reporting using industry-standard tools
- Ensure seamless testing in a deadline-driven program
- Collaborate with stakeholders for continuous process improvements
- Support test data creation and validation
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Guidewire certification is a plus
