We’re currently looking for a 3rd Shift Supervisor to join our team and play a critical part in our daily operations. This dynamic role ensures the effective, continued operations of the Foam Department by planning, monitoring, and directing its employees.

What You’ll Do:
• Responsibility for all aspects of the Foam Department, including, but not entirely limited to the following:
◦ Shift Department Operations during said hours
◦ Worker Safety
◦ Individual Employee and Departmental Quality
◦ Individual Employee Safety and Productivity
◦ Individual Employee Coaching and Mentoring
◦ Department adherence to Work Instructions
◦ Department Cleanliness
• Oversight of Completion of NCP (Non-Conforming Product) documentation and placement of NCP in properly designated area during shift operations
• Worker studies including, but not limited to, time, process, efficiency, and accuracy in accordance to established Pomp's Work Instructions
• Assisting with completion and/or steps of CAR (Continuous Improvement Action Request) Projects
• Ensuring compliance with ISO or related standards, assisting with internal audits, and reporting
• Other duties assigned by his/her direct report
• Additional tasks as assigned by manager

What You Need:
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately identify parts, components, or assemblies
• Demonstrated ability to promote and contribute to a team-oriented work environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in reading and verifying work order details for accuracy
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
• Experience operating a forklift safely and efficiently
