Based in our Cudahy, WI location, we are seeking an enthusiastic accounting professional that wants to be part of an extraordinary organization. Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

Track milestone payment deadlines with project management. Create invoices once we have successfully completed a milestone. Invoice adjustments when needed. Responsible for reconciliation of milestone payments and project revenue. Account for any change notices, throughout the life span of the project. Resolve discrepancies from old system conversion. Meet deadlines in accordance with month-end and year-end closing schedule. Complete lien waivers as required. Provide back up to accounts receivable areas. Miscellaneous projects and tasks.

Required Education and Experience:

• Minimum Associate’s Degree in Accounting with 5 years of accounting experience
• Demonstrate strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Preferred Oracle experience
• Excellent communication skills with multiple levels and audiences
• Legal Authorization to Work in the United Stated - Sponsorship will not be provided.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting with 3 years of accounting experience.

Working Conditions:

This position is based in a typical office environment, with the possibility of time being spent on the manufacturing floor.
