<h3>Job Description</h3><p><strong>We offer a contract of employment and a hybrid work model that incorporates solutions developed by the leader and the team (1-2 office days a week)</strong></p><p>As part of the Store-in-store team, you will be working on an innovative product that aims to create a dedicated place for brands and retailers within the broader Allegro platform in multiple countries. We are part of the Allegro Group, which ranks among the ten most visited e-commerce websites in the world. Development teams at Allegro consist of more than 1,700 IT specialists. We are now looking for talented Senior Front-end Developers to join our team and help accelerate the growth of our solution.</p><p><strong>Who are we?</strong></p><ul><li>We aim to create a dedicated place for brands and retailers within the Allegro platform in several countries</li><li>We create components for customers, as well as tools for administrators representing brands and retailers</li><li>Our daily challenge is solving complex customer problems on a large-scale technological platform</li><li>Our product involves several closely collaborating teams based in Prague and Brno</li><li>Each team consists of a Product Manager, Front-end and Back-end developers, QA engineer and a UX designer</li><li>We work in agile methodology - Kanban</li><li>We constantly improve processes and introduce new technologies</li><li>We meet 1-2 times a week in the office, go out for lunch, or have a team breakfast together (we do not want to see each other only on Zoom, but we also do not need to be in the office every day)</li><li>Occasionally we collaborate with colleagues from Poland, documenting in English, but internal team communication is in Czech</li><li>We have plenty of work, so we are looking for new colleagues and friends who would help us develop our solution at a faster pace</li></ul><p><strong>Who are you?</strong></p><ul><li>Have a very good knowledge of JavaScript and one of its frameworks, preferably React</li><li>Are proficient in responsive web design (HTML, CSS)</li><li>Know and have worked in production environments with TypeScript</li><li>Have experience with unit testing (we use Jest) and E2E testing (Cypress)</li><li>Think outside the box and have a broad perspective on their work</li><li>Want to be proud of the code they write.
