You will provide clear direction to management and teams to enhance efficiency, quality, and the developer experience within the STP tribe.</p> <p>The <strong>STP tribe</strong> manages the communication layer for messaging and file transfers, ensuring secure and highly available services across the Euroclear group. A major transition to cloud infrastructure is planned for next year.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong> <strong>Strategic Leadership &amp; Cross-Division Collaboration</strong></p> <ul> <li>Participate in and occasionally lead strategic discussions across IT and DevOps divisions.</li> <li>Align DevOps initiatives with broader business and technology goals.</li> <li>Represent DevOps in cross-functional forums, advocate for modern practices, and influence technology direction.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Team Leadership &amp; Mentorship</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead, coach, and mentor DevOps engineers and related roles within the STP tribe.</li> <li>Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and high performance.</li> <li>Support squads in adopting and refining Agile and DevOps methodologies.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Best Practices Definition &amp; Enforcement</strong></p> <ul> <li>Define, document, and promote DevOps best practices in automation, CI/CD, infrastructure as code, monitoring, and security.</li> <li>Regularly review and update standards to reflect evolving technologies and organizational needs.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Automation &amp; Continuous Improvement</strong></p> <ul> <li>Oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks.</li> <li>Identify and drive process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reliability, and scalability.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Infrastructure &amp; Operations Oversight</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead the design and management of cloud and on-premises infrastructure.</li> <li>Ensure robust, secure, and scalable environments.</li> <li>Oversee monitoring, incident response, and root cause analysis for high system availability.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Stakeholder Engagement &amp; Communication</strong></p> <ul> <li>Act as a trusted advisor, translating business requirements into technical solutions.</li> <li>Ensure DevOps priorities are understood and supported.</li> <li>Facilitate regular cross-team discussions to share insights, surface risks, and align priorities.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Performance Measurement &amp; Reporting</strong></p> <ul> <li>Define and track KPIs and metrics for DevOps initiatives.</li> <li>Use data to drive continuous improvement.</li> <li>Report progress, challenges, and outcomes to leadership and stakeholders.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Security, Compliance &amp; Risk Management</strong></p> <ul> <li>Integrate security best practices into DevOps workflows.</li> <li>Ensure compliance with relevant standards and proactively manage risks.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Knowledge Sharing &amp; Community Building</strong></p> <ul> <li>Share expertise and lessons learned across teams and divisions.</li> <li>Build a strong DevOps community and support the adoption of new tools and practices.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong> <strong>Technical Expertise</strong></p> <ul> <li>Strong experience in implementing DevOps practices using Azure DevOps, Azure Cloud, Kubernetes, and Helm.</li> <li>Solid understanding of build practices in .NET and containerization.</li> <li>Experience designing, managing, and optimizing CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks.</li> <li>Proficiency in managing cloud and on-premises infrastructure.</li> <li>Familiarity with monitoring, incident response, and root cause analysis.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Leadership &amp; Collaboration</strong></p> <ul> <li>Proven ability to lead, coach, and mentor DevOps engineers.</li> <li>Experience fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.</li> <li>Track record of contributing to strategic discussions across IT and DevOps divisions.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Best Practices &amp; Continuous Improvement</strong></p> <ul> <li>Ability to define, document, and promote DevOps best practices across key domains.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience working in highly regulated environments.</li> <li>Familiarity with Agile frameworks and collaboration with outsourced/offshored teams in large organizations.</li> <li>Technical and business knowledge in the financial industry.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>We Value Diverse Backgrounds</
