Resort Sales Representative

$16.50/hr; Swing Shift (2:00pm-10:00pm)

Skills and experience you will bring to us:

• Provides 5 diamond service to guests in a professional manner.
• Asks for and uses guest name a minimum of two times during the call.
• Maintains a 50% conversion rate in booking opportunities.
• Promotes services, packages, and events offered by Turning Stone and informs guests.
• Provides reservation information to guests in a polite and courteous manner in the form of a complete recap.
• Must be proficient in identifying guest needs and selling all aspects of hotel and guest services.
• Accurately inputs guest data quickly and with minimal error to ensure a seamless experience for the guests.
• Assists with overflow of Accommodations Representatives and has the ability to back up PBX / Hotel Operators.

                                                                                                               

Your knowledge that matters most for this role:

• High School Diploma or Equivalency required.
• Must have at least two years of experience in customer service; call center experience is preferred.
• Must be able to type 30 wpm.
• Must possess excellent communications skills.
• Must be able to sit for long periods of time.
• Demonstrates strong organizational skills.
• Prior computer experience required.
• Prior telephone/hotel sales experience preferred.
