Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience operating in conjunction with production management assistants to define, plan, prepare for, guide, and execute performances of industrial refit maintenance and related activities for TRIDENT submarines in a timely, effective, and efficient manner. Experience resolving issues such as complex work packages requiring multiple agencies participation during tight periods allowed for refitting each submarine. Experience analyzing workload projections and requirements as defined by ship schedules, maintenance, modification and installation, emergency reports, and other sources to define, schedule, and properly plan for operations near and long-term. Experience providing assistance and feedback in the development of financial planning, estimating budgeting, managerial control and reporting functions, including preparation of near and long-term project and department budgets and cost analysis of special operational issues. Experience hearing and resolving work issues and employee complaints, observing subordinates work to find and implement ways to eliminate or reduce significant bottlenecks and barriers to production, and resolving workforce issues on problems as required.
